Taiyo supplies the following products which may be used in food applications for a variety of functions.

Matcha Powder is an innovative product that has many dynamic uses. It is made from organic grinded premium green tea leaves (Matcha) and it is a savoured taste of Japan. Matcha provides products with a smooth, excellent tea flavour and it contains a high amount of polyphenols, vitamin K and manganese. Taiyo’s Matcha undergoes extensive safety and pesticide testing in every production batch, in order to provide safe and creditable products.

MD products are dried and expanded crisps, flakes or cubes. The products can be flavoured, coloured and sweetened as needed and the composition can be highly customized. MD products can be made of many materials such as starch, protein or dietary fiber and can be combined with nutrients such as minerals, trace-elements, amino acids or other health ingredients. The mixtures are dried and expanded by microwave, granulated under dry conditions and a fiber shape product. Volume, crispiness and the speed of re-absorption of water by the products can be adjusted by variating these drying conditions.

SunActive® is a patented and protected Nutrient Delivery System (NDS) consisting of micronized and micro encapsulated nutrients for an effective nutrient delivery through foods, beverages and dietary supplements. SunActive® is free of any flavours, colours or preservatives and it is stable against heat, salt, pH and oxidation.

Sunfiber® is partially hydrolysed Guar Gum (PHGG), an all-natural galactomannan water-soluble fiber that is tasteless, colorless and odorless. Sunfiber® delivers a high fiber content and excellent pH, heat and freeze/thaw stability. It is clinically proven to lower the glycaemic index, improve mineral absorption and promote intestinal regularity.

Sunphenon® is an innovative product that has many dynamic uses. It is made from high quality green tea leaves from the Camellia sinensis plant. Sunphenon® consists of a series of tea extracts that have numerous biochemical and physiological benefits such as antioxidant, anti-microbial, deodorant and thermogenic (fat burning) activities.

Teavigo® is an innovative product that has many dynamic uses. It is made from high quality green tea leaves from the Camellia sinensis plant. Teavigo® consists of a high polyphenol tea extract that has numerous biochemical and physiological benefits such as antioxidant, anti-microbial, deodorant and thermogenic (fat burning) activities.

Vegemeat is a soy protein product with a meat-like texture and taste of minced meat. This product is using soybean protein, corn oil and pea protein as the main materials, which are then heated by microwave, dried and granulated. Vegemeat can be used in various food applications like sauces, soups and as meat alternative.

WGCP™ is made from entire raw unroasted coffee beans that are processed by a patented technology (Deep temperature Cryo-Milling under inert-gas atmosphere) into a powder that is still rich in fiber, acids and other nutrients that offer many health benefits. WGCP™, is not an extract. WGCP™ is a natural food source and it can be added to various food applications or used as dietary supplement.

The XiaPure® product line includes high-quality raw materials made of chia seeds. XiaPure® Chia Seeds are cultivated and processed in Bolivia and Argentina. Out of these chia seeds, the XiaPure® Chia Oil, an all-natural and sustainable source of omega-3 (>60% omega-3 ALA) is produced. It provides an optimum omega-3 / omega-6 ratio of 4:1. XiaPure® Chia Protein and XiaPure® Chia Fiber are produced trough defatting the chia seeds. XiaPure® Chia Protein and Fiber are fine and dispersible powders which concentrate 42% of protein and 56% of fiber.
