Sunfiber® is Taiyo’s water-soluble bean fiber derived from the Indian guar bean. It is a Galactomannan fiber (partially hydrolyzed guar gum or PHGG), which is very low viscous and non-gelling. It is taste-free, colorless and odorless and certified as 100% natural (ISO 19657:2017).
